The signature style of Chef Andres is to elevate the flavors of traditional comfort food. What better way to put a mink coat on a bowl of pasta then adding some lobster? These gorgeous wide ribbon noodles are made locally by Piemonte Pasta Co. in Little Italy. The ragout is make with seasonal vegetables and a lobster stock. The dish is served with tail, knuckle and claw meat.
