This is definitely a staff favorite and an elevated version of your normal run-of-the-mill spinach artichoke dip. The artichokes come marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs and are then roasted for a slight char. This is then combined with spinach and West Field Farm’s Capri goat and Alpine Gruyere cheeses. It is seasoned with fresh grated nutmeg, and a fresh finish of lemon and orange zest.
